We were able to go to Fishlake over Memorial Day Weekend. His parents have a cabin up there so that's where we were going to stay. We left Thursday night, and just cleaned up the cabin a bit and relaxed. Friday, we got up early and went fishing. Since he was an employee there last summer, they let us rent a boat for only the price of how much gas we used. We fished for about three hours and caught five fish. I caught the biggest one out of the two of us. I don't know how much it weighed though. It wasn't too rainy that morning. When we went back out that night, it rained most of the time. We were out again for about another three hours. We ate dinner at the lodge, and the waitress knew Spencer from last summer. She could barely leave our table, because I think she has a crush on him. She's a junior in high school so I'm not too worried ;)Saturday was the worst. It rained all day, and we didn't see one ray of sunshine. We hung out at the cabin, and drove around the lake a little bit. Fishlake has Sunday sacrament meetings during the summer so we were able to go to that. After church we went on a hike up Pelican Canyon. It started out pretty sunny with a little bit of rain. The more into the hike we got, it started to hail (sp?). It slowed down enough for us to continue our hike. We didn't get all the way to the top, because the snow was now everywhere and getting deep. It was a beautiful hike though, and we want to go back sometime to finish it. After our hike, his parents stopped by, because they were in Richfield decorating graves. They took us out to dinner at the other resort at Fishlake. That pretty much sums up what we did. It was a lot of fun even though it was rainy!
